Comment Layer

@NI Labview development:

Stakeholders would find it highly desireable if commenting were augmented in such a way that they can be turned on and off in layers.  This commenting would highlight and markup sections of logic.

As it stands now, the ability to highlight a section of logic and tag it with a comment is unusable.  What can you do about this?

Before you post anything to the idea exchange, you should search it first to see if something similar was already suggested.
