Check the number of samples read

Hey, I'm reading an analog sensor in one of the analog arduino pins. I am running the VI for 1 second and i want to check the number of samples it is reading.
I have used a waveform chart to read the values. When i export the values from chart to excel it is only showing 100 readings even if it might be reading more.

How do I make my chart read all the values or how can i get the record of the number of values i'm reading in 1 second.

Thank you so much in advance

What is your chart history length set to?  My guess is that it is 100.  Right-click on your chart and there will be a menu option to change the history length.  The default should be 1024.

Just showing 100 samples?  Change your X-axis scale to show more.
