Changing the offset range of PXI 5422

Hi

I am generating a 1V peak to peak sine wave using the standard mode of 5422. I want to offset this signal by 1 V. However the 5422 allows an offset of only 50% of the pk to pk amplitude. Is there a way i can overcome this limitation or is this a hardware limitation.

Nishad,

As the specifications of the 5422 mention, you can only have spans of ±50% of Amplitude Range with increments <0.0028% of Amplitude Range.  This is a hardware limitation that is for this particular board.  For low frequencies and speeds, this might be something that you can accomplish programmatically.
