You did not do that in the VI you posted. You have an EMPTY array. Not at all the same thing. Simply click on two visible elements and actually set their states. It becomes very obvious visually when you have an array with elements having their values set.

Dennis is right, you have connected two empty array to the write function of the DAQ driver. I've modified your VI which should work properly now. You have to try it.
