I'm looking for a method to change which directory is presented to a FTP client on login. Specifically, I'd like to change the beginning directory to '/c/' for a Linux RT FTP server (in attampt to maintain FTP client compatibility across RTOS versions). I edited the 'anon_root' key within '/etc/vsftpd.conf' to both '/c' and '/c/', but that seemed to prevent the FTP server from starting.
Is this possible? Does anyone know how? Will the default syslink that points to C: get in the way? Thanks.

Hi Joe,
To clarify, do you want the default FTP directory to be /c?
I'm not super familiar with that is under the hood of the FTP server, but looking at this page, there is also a 'local_root' key that can be edited. Maybe give that one a try as well.
