Change direction (swap axes) of Intensity Chart

why does a chart always display data along the x axis?

ive just described a very common (at least in my field) scenario where you want the y axis to update and now the x axis. 

doesnt really seem like a hard thing to implement to give people an option does it?

GerdW, is has been a long wish on the idea exchange to create charts that roll down.

Very common in a intensity (waterfall) STFT diagram that scrolls down, with a FFT diagram on top 🙂

The anoying part is only the waste of memory and program overhead ....  ( OK, that is otherwise hidden in the chart 😉 but it should be just a checkbox for the user/programmer, and a second box to choose the direction, if not set by the scale 😉 )
