Change cell width in a table

Does anyone know how to change ALL cells' width in a table, not only the
active cell or column?

If you mean interactively, hold down the shift key when growing a cell.
If you mean programmatically, set the Active Cell to -2, -2. Then I
think the cell property change will apply to all of the cells.
