Capturing Images with Black Magic Intensity Pro to process on LabVIEW

Hello,

I've been trying to use an Intensity Pro 4k card from Black Magic Design to receive an HDMI input and send to LabVIEW for testing. As we can see in the image on the link below, NI MAX identifies the device, but the capture is all black. Has anyone else run into the same situation before? If so, how did you manage to capture the video with Intensity Pro and process on LabVIEW?

What is your LabVIEW version? The driver IMAQdx version?
