Cant connect to AO in the ADAM 6022 via Modbus TCP/IP

Recently I made a block diagram with Labview with Advantech 6022 TCP/IP module, Everythings in AI worked properly and showing the data, but when I tried with modbus write in the block diagram, the both of the loop 1 and loop 2 value cant be modified at all. I use AO to control the opening in the valve. Pls Help. Thank you.

Ps: I used ADAM 6022 as an analog input too. Then error function 6 and 23 shows up.
