Why did you want to delete this? What you really want to achieve? Post bit more details.

I am trying to create a zip file from my project and seems like it wouldn't create it until I sort out all the missing VIs in the project (Everytime I click Preview in the Zip File properties page, it points to a VI that does not exist and says File not found). I was able to remove some of them. But could not delete the file shown in the picture.

Thanks,

Saranya

Can you drag it from the lvlib to the project?
Try to use the 'Resolve conflicts' function in the toolbar  of the project (the triangle warning sign)

Ton,

I am not able to drag it out of the lvlib. Also Resolve Conflicts is disabled.

Is the LVLIB locked (I don't see a key)

Ok, the hard way, open the lvlib witha text editor (notepad) and delete the element that contains the missing VI.

Do this on a copy to make sure the lvlib stays intact.
