when there is no block diagram then there is no block diagram!
There's nothing you can repair about it. You need to find the "original" source code (aka VIs): best option is to look up the revision history in your source code control (SCC) software…

You can save VIs without their block diagram. In this case the VI is only executable with the exact LabVIEW version it was created with…

There's a LAVA project that reverts the compiled code back to a diagram.
I'm told it seems to do a reasonable job at reverse engineering the compiled code back to code.

Without having seen the result, I wouldn't consider the result source code though. All comments and positions will be gone.
