I am trying to use LabView 8.0 to run a IOTech StrainBook module. The StrainBook is connected to a laptop with a crossover cable.
I am using the LabView VI's that come with the StrainBook but I keep getting an error that the device cannot be opened. One of the example VI's is called "Locate Device by Serial Number" but when I input the serial number for the device it says it can't open the device. If I input a 0 for the serial number, it says it can't find a device with that serial number but it lists the serial number for my device as a device it did find. Does anyone
have any experience with the IOTech StrainBook? Thanks in advance.
