On a first quick test, this appears to be fixed in LV 2012.

Now is the right time to use %^<%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S%3uZ>T
If you don't hate time zones, you're not a real programmer.

Glad to hear it! Indeed CAR 45360 was closed around February 2012 and was included in the LV 2012 version that just came out. I see that you wasted no time downloading it.  Congratulations!
