Can't Deploy files! LabVIEW: (Hex 0x80004005) Unspecified error

I'm using a windows 10 and I'm trying to interface Solidworks with Labview. And when I deploy it, I get this error:

Initializing...
Calculating dependencies...
Checking items for conflicts. This operation could take a while...
Preparing items for download. This operation could take a while...
LabVIEW: (Hex 0x80004005) Unspecified error.

NI System Configuration: (Hex 0x80004005) Miscellaneous operation failure.

They said that I should try to update my firmware. They instructed to go to Measurement & Auotomation Explorer, but I'm getting nothing. I attach a pic of what's happening, please do help. Thank you in advance!

the C:\ProgramData\National Instruments\DeploymentFramework is empty

and do I need to install real time module to interface this or just soft motion module?
