Can someone tell me how to get ISE labview?

I am watching this video online (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1kByJ6BoVI) to interface FRDM KL25Z with labview. I am trying to follow what the person is doing. I noticed he has ISE labview as shown below.

I tried to go to tools and I couldn't find ISE labview and there is no link on youtube that shows how to download it. 

I have LabVIEW 2021 and 2022 professional. 

Can someone please help?

Thanks! I appreciate it. Unfortunately, the owner did not provide a link to download it. It's more like a publication and demonstration of how it works.

Many youtobe videos are like that. More of a showoff than a how-to, as pretty crucial information is not presented. That is why I still prefer a document to a youtobe video almost any day. You don't have to watch an entire movie to find out that it is mostly a showoff of how great someone is.
