There isn't enough control to make the arrows grow with the numeric,
but it is pretty easy to right-click, and choose customize to take
the numeric to the control editor. Once there, click on the Wrench
button to separate the parts of the control. You can now resize the
arrows, even independently of one another. Once completed, you can
save the numeric as a typedef or custom control so that they can be
added to the palettes for frequent use. Or, you can avoid the save
and just replace the or
iginal control.
