My main problem is actually trying to control a futaba servo.I'm using the simulate signal.vi wired to the daq assistant to control the motor.However each time i run it, the motor rotates only in CCW. I'm finding a way to rotate it in CW so I was testing out with 2 signals.

You need negative output to drive servo in another direction which is not possible by 6009.
You probably use some multiplexer IC with 6009 digital output to swap between AO and its GND.
