Can I Redistribute the DAQmx Core Driver?

I am building a small application in .NET that uses NI devices and requires the DAQmx core driver. Is it legal for me to distribute the DAQmx core driver packaged with the software in a similar fashion to how the .NET framework is packaged with software packages that require it? Also, can anyone direct me to where I can find this writing?

You can distribute as many copies as you wish.

Since you are using .NET you should have posted to a more appropriate board.
