Calibration of Digiquartz pressure transducer

Does anyone have a program for calibration of pressure
sensors/transducers?

The tranducer is based on two crystalles, one which is exposed to both
temperature and pressure and one exposed just to temperature. As a
function of pressure and temperature we then get a frequenzy on the
output terminals.

Our task is to write a programme to analyze these data and from these
calibrate the equipement.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to make it most effective or a
program that does this (or something similar)?
