Dear Community,
Is there a way to separately show the memory and cpu usage of a/multipe running subvis of my application in windows task manager?
Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Task manager operates on processes, and LabVIEW is one big process (when it comes to the VI execution system).
You can get use the profiler (or indeed DETT), and IIRC, you can even get profiler data and display that in your application.
What and why do you need this? It makes a big difference if this is a required feature, or a tool for debugging.
