Hi,
I'm trying to communicate with a TTi (Thurlby Thandar) QPX1200 Power Supply which works over a USB connection. I installed all the drivers that came supplied with the PSU which mentions in the help files it will set up a virtual COM port to communicate over.
However, after installing I can't get the thing to talk and opening MAX gives me the attached screen warning (and subject header message)
I am running NI-VISA 4.3 which I noticed someone else suggested might be the cause of this problem if I run an version older than 3.0 or 3.1 so it doesn't look like this is the case.
Unfortunately I don't know enough about LabVIEW to decode the error message myself and work out a best course of action so if anyone has any ideas please let me know!
Many thanks!

Hi, thanks for the suggestion.
However, I upgraded to VISA 4.3 and did a full reboot, all seems to be ok now!
Thanks!
