Build Program Thermocouple with NI DAQ

How do you make a program to do data acquisition for temperature measurement using type K thermocouple sensor with NI DAQ 6212 or other?

Start with one of the included examples.  Help > Find Examples...  Click the Search tab and search for "thermocouple".  Thermocouple-SW-Timed Input.vi or Thermocouple - Continuous Input.vi are both good choices to get you started.
