Bug Report: icon display with LV 7.1 built application

It seems the LV 7.1 application builder messes up the 16 color icon(size 16x16). The transparent area and borders (expecially the right side) does not display correctly. The icon file used was correctly displayed by windows explorer. This happens on a xp pro system.

Thanks for looking into this issue. The image is the enlarged view of what it shows in explorer in list/detail mode. The acutal icon is also included.
