BridgeVIEW 2.1.1: Launching TAG configuration editor while engine is running!

I have tried to launch the TAG configuration editor programmatically. The
TAG configuration editor could not be launched while engine and Application
is running (because the system is busy monitoring the TAGs). When I quit
the application and quiting the engine the TAG configuration editor hangs.
Does anybody have a solution?

Only solution is not to have any app. running using the tag engine, when you make changes in the tag config editor. This problem has not been solved in DSC ver. 6.02
