Actually I have an idea of guiding blind people by giving instruction about the obstacles by commanding in certain distance of 3 feet with image proceesing technique in LabVIEW .Since I am interested in doing this in LabVIEW anyone please guide us with basic ideas  using DIP.

For clarity, you should spell out acronyms. "DIP" could mean many, many things!
