Bit stream to text file

Hello.

I have a problem. I am trying to transmit text 64QAM modulated. And then demodulate it. I am new with LabVIEW. I need help because once I converted the text (which could be anything from a letter to a whole paragraph) to bits and I transmit it, modulating and demodulating it, I cannot find a way to convert the bit stream back to text.
