Big problem with BridgeVIEW -- Applicom -- S7-315-2DP

I have a big problem with tag's refresh time. My application have:

- S7-315-2DP.
- Applicom card for profibus DP communication.
- BridgeVIEW 2.1.1.

My refresh time is nearly 4 seconds, and when I launch BVEngine, I must wait nearly 5 minutes for launch my application.

This is by no means typical behavior. I'm curious as to the details of your setup. Can you provide the information below:

- Computer type / speed (ie. Pentium III/866)
- Operating System
- Number of tags in the BridgeVIEW VI, and the poll rate setting on those tags.

Also, I would be interested to know if the same slow BV engine launch and refresh time occurs with a small VI/SCF file that is only reading or writing one tag. This would narrow down the problem to either the base BridgeVIEW/Applicom installation, or the VI that is being run.

Computer description system:
- PIII 800 MHz, 128 Mb, 10 G HD, graphic card of 8 Mb.

- Windows NT 4.0 SP 6.

- 580 tags, but I must refresh 30 tags (analog and digital)only, and the other tags are used for PLC configuration. But they must be declared.

When I define 16 digital tags my refresh time is nearly 1 second. These tags are defined in the same DB.

If you need the SCF file, I will send you.
