Battery validation using LabVIEW and PXIe-4144 SMU

Hey,

I am designing Battery validation by using LabVIEW And PXIe-4144 SMU, I Want to Develop test Model for 3.3V  battery. What are all the things i can validate and How?

Thanks,

Swapnil

Read the spec sheet of your "3.3V battery" to learn about all those things you can "validate"…

What is your exact requirement?

Hi,

The requirement is as below

1. I want to charge the battery with a charging voltage of 3,2V and a charge current of 3mA.

2. I want to load the battery by

                          a) pulse with a pulse current of 45mA with a specific pulse width

                          b) pulse with a pulse current of 15mA with a specific pulse width

3. Need to monitor below parameter

                           a) Battery voltage

                           b) sink current

                           c) charging time

                           b) discharging time

Please let us know if PXIe-4144 can be used for the above requirement.

Regards,

Soumya

Hi swap/soumya,

according to its specs the PXIe4144 should be able to deliver 45mA at ~3.5V.

It also allows rather fast measurement of voltage and current…

Best regards,
GerdW
