[BUG] mixed signal graph, graph palette not working.

Hi there,

I am using LabVIEW 2011 SP1 and I have a mixed signal graph.

I have two plot area's with signals (analog and digital) and the user can review the data with the graph palette tools.

This was working like it supposed to, but that changed when I made a typedef of it.

When a mixed signal graph (standard or silver) is a typedef, the graph palette selection tools aren't working anymore for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th... etc. plot area.

only plot area 1 can be selected with the palette tools....

Is this a known issue?

Hope to hear from you.

Wouter

Hello W0utje,

Are you by any chance using strict typedefs?

At my side (LV 2012) everything works ok with the regular typedefs.

Can you verify that this is what you are seeing?

Hi ThiCop,

The only thing I did is, make typedef, so I expect that the is a normal regular typedef.

At that point, the selection tool pallette will not work for a second of third etc. plot area. the first plot are works.

I have tried this in LV 2012 and it's there also.

Hello W0utje,

I just did a quick check in LV 2012 SP1 and it also is like that over there (with a regular type def).

I'll do a quick check in the most recent 2013 internal beta to see if that issue is also there.

I'll let you know what I find out.

Hello W0utje,

I did a quick check and the behavior seems the same in LabVIEW 2013 beta.

I will post the CAR (Corrective Action Request) number over here when I have entered it in our system..
