If I then select the 2nd loop and hide its subdiagram label, the 'N' terminal moves up, ABOVE the loop (No snippet, because the 'N' simply disappears from the snippet).
There's no way to fix it, except to remove the loop and make a new one.

I opened it in LV 13 and saved in LV 12. Opened it in LV 12 (and 13) and it worked fine.
LV 12 = 12.0.1f5
LV 13 = 13.0.1
Misread the post. Let me continue the experiment.
Okay after hiding the subdiagram label, it still seems to work correctly.

This happens regardless of whether I open the converted VI in LV2012 SP1 or LV2013.
Here are the details of my computer with LV2013:
Perhaps it was fixed in LV2013 SP1? (I don't have that version yet)
