BER

i am trying to reduce my ber with the help of attatched vi. i am transmitting my modulated waveform from one vi to second vi for getting my original sent bits after demodulating it. if i connect the modulating and demodulating part without datx vi's( these vi belongs to daq card(kusb-3116)) which i am using for analog output and analog input channels, i am getting ber=0 but when i put my daq card inbetween them(modulating and demodulating) part. i get ber=1 . kindly help me with its synchronization etc. i am totally new in labview. i tried to read detailed help of  MT Generate sync parameters, but couldn't get that what is meant by sync bit, sync seq and sync found index etc.
