Aternate languages in Labview

Hi,

I have a machine which has an old dos based card. It works perfectly, it
just needs basic code to run. Would someone please explain what alternate
languages may be used as CIN's or reccomend how I can integrate the commands
I must send to the card into labview. I am just learning labview, but so
far all I see is that C is usable in labview. I do not see anything about
basic, fortran, pascal, etc. Any help/advice would be most appreciated. Thanks
very much

John

Don't forget you can use Qbasic, in a DOs environment to control the
Serial port of your computer ( for input and ouput.).
