Upgraded from Windows XP & LabVIEW 8.5 to Windows 7 & LabVIEW 2011 with Image Toolkit. Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are installed on my development PC. Created application and installer using code written in 8.5. Installing the compiled application on target 32-bit Windows XP machine results in: "Application has failed to start because NI_EMB.dll was not found".
Any help would be appreciated.

SJT:
Is there a file path listed anywhere notifying you where the application is trying to find this dll? It
may just be in the wrong folder and need to be repointed so the application can find it.
Just to clarify, you are compiling on your development PC using LabVIEW 2011 in Windows 7 and deploying on
another machine running Windows xP? Another option could be, assuming you are able to run the application
on the development PC, you can add the dll to the project and include it in an installer.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Best,
