App not starting in windows7

Hi i have a app that runs in xp with out any problem , but when i try to run the same app in windows 7 it does not run see the error

( the daq board is there i see it with measurement and automation test ) in windows 7 starter

So what is going on i have no idea myselve

App is made with labview 8.6

windows is version is windows 7 starter

There are no guarantees that an application developed using LV 8.6 will run under Win7. Only LV2009 applications are intended for Win7.

There is still a chance that a LV8.6 app will run. What does MAX show for your daq device under Win7?

And I don't think the starter version is a well supported. You might need the full version of windows 7.

As you can see i can work with the device under windows7 under Max ,manual i can move the switches it works also

ONLY te program under 8.6 does not work
