I am trying to write a program of sweep function for ke2400,but cant run well,

See this for a link to a sweep program written by Keithley. I have looked at all of the functions you are using but your are cetainly using the wrong read function to get the results of a sweep.

Did you check the link in the other post? Keithley's support page is here and there is a sweep example that uses their driver. There is also a pdf file under the FAQ section that discusses doing a sweep.

but if i want to run my program ,what can i do? how to modify?
costhe program may not meet the requirment of my company.
They ask me to write myself.

Right, and he is suggesting you read on how they did it (he said pdf, not VI) as opposed to him opening the pdf, copying it and pasting it here for you to read.
