Any tool module can detect object moving speed from high speed cemera

May try to use a 1000fps cemera to capture the open of the switch, is there any tools to extract the the moving speed of the touch part, thanks.

Not as far as I know in Vision Development Module 2010, I think you have to detect the object you're tracking in all you images, calculate the trajectory in pixels and have a calibration to go from pix to length units. You also need to know you acquisition rate of course.

I've measured angular speed of a mechanical watch balance wheel by tracking little objects placed all around the balance wheel in the past, it worked very well.
