Hi billko

 

If I understand the issue correctly, you can try to turn it off from Tools>>Options...>>Front Panel>>Front Panel Grid section and turn off the "Enable panel grid alignment. Screenshot attached.

Are you referring to 'LiveDrag=False' ?
