All process in library in prctrlex.llb are intregrator process, what parameter should i change to make it autoregulator process

I am trying to make  bump test in the tank level.vi. When i put the system in manual mode, every move I made on the output give me a PV reaching to 100%. It seem that this process like other in exemple VI are integrator process. I can't find the parameter who give me a process who should stabilize itself before reaching 100%, like an autoregulator process. I want to be able to calculate PID parameter for that process but, to do that I need to know the process gain who is (final PV - Initial PV)/final CO - initial CO) with a final PV under 100%.
