Agilent 34980A MUX 4 wire measurement

I'm trying to do a 4 wire resistance measurement on a single channel (3034) but the values are very different every time I run the code. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Maybe add a shift register in the loop and mean the array

Or check if the line code send on the sub vi is good

There's a coercion dot on the wire leading into the 4-wire VI.  Is 4 the right value for 4-wire or is it expecting 0/1 only?  (I don't have this driver installed to check.)

I see you set 4-wire mode, set the channel you want to measure, then fetch a measurement.  But do you ever configure the meter to make a resistance measurement?  Does it do that by default or does it just measure the voltage without supplying a current?

More details = More help.

It would help to know what you are measuring, what values of current you are sourcing for measurement (are you setting the measurement range to auto-range or fixed range) and what I/V/R you are measuring. I suspect that you might have a range issue.  Hard to know without seeing data.
