Adaptive view depending on what variables are chosen

Solved!
Go to solution

Hello all!

I've been searching for a while now and I can't find anything that helps me, so I'm turning to you!

As you can see in the title, my question is quite "simple". Is it possible to have a view that changes depending on what variables that I've chosen? I added an image to show. A list of variables to the left and depending on which ones I choose, different indicators will be shown in the area to the right. Is it possible?

If so, can you point me in the direction of some examples or instructions? 🙂

Have a nice evening!

Best regards, elicom

Group the different indicators and put each group in a different tab in a tab control.

Hi elicom,

Yes.

You need to program whatever you want to do with your "variables"…

Your image looks like a combination of a (multicolumn) listbox left of a subpanel container showing different "views" (aka subVIs)…

Best regards,
GerdW

You can also use property nodes to change the visibility of controls/indicators.
