Hi: We are attempting to use an ActiveX control which has both a
'receive' method
permitting us to receive data within a Labview app, and a 'send' method
permitting Labview
to send data to an external task. We have built a test Labview app with
an event queue;
we find that we have no trouble receiving the event data within Labview,
but that we
cannot send data back. Our impression is that by the time that the
event appears in the
event queue Labview has already returned from the event service routine,
so that the
event context has disappeared. The control works flawlessly with
HP-VEE. Does
anyone have relevant experience or ideas?
