About "Error5" in sending a saved excel file

Hi, Guys

I met a problem in my vi--save testing data to one excel file and then email the file. The question is when the top level VI runs one time,  the programe is correct, but when I use a while loop and the VI runs the second time, it will show"Error5, ... File already open..."

    I have no idea for this, please help me. And the whole project is in the attachment.

I tried, but if I use queues the excel data can't be modified by the VI automatically.
