AN2131EZ-USB versus Labview

I am very new to microchip programing, does anyone in the community familiar with AN2131 device or have been used LV talk to this chip via usb port if so, please guide me how, all your help are greatly appreciated.

have you found a solution for your problem?

I am trying to control a Hygrosens (www.hygrosens.com) USB-OUT32-IN32-Card via LabVIEW. There is a Cypress AN2131SC USB controller on it. The guys from Hygrosens shiped a DLL and some documentation with it, but the only thing that works is that I get an error after trying to establish a communication, that my device is not opened.
