A question about the time coordinate of Chart

hello

 

I am a beginner of LabVIEW,and i had a problemin when i use it: How to achieve a consistent time to Chart coordinate with the computer system time?

Hi sailpan,

 

a chart only displays a count on it's x axis. Even when the label is "time" it doesn't display real time values.

 

When you need them you should use waveform graphs or XY graphs!

 

Another user of that 11103400?? bunch?

That's not correct Gerd. You can set the offset and multiplier properties to current time and increment and then set the display format to absolute time. There used to be a shipping example called Real Time Chart. It was removed from the recent examples.

Those numbers seem to be student ids.

your multiplier/offset only works for evenly sampled data…

 

Yes, I guessed too those are fresh students. I tag them with "11103400xx" 🙂

The way I read it, there was just a problem with displaying time and I assumed evenly sampled data. The op should clarify.
