Dear All,
I would like to plot a 3D surface plot as and add to this plot whenever my while loop iterates again. So add a new slice to my plot. But as loop iterates, I can not see anything on my plot. What would be the reason for this?

Your Z matrix is one-dimensional, try to make it 2D for example by building a 2D array from your original 1D.
