I am a PhD student at the American University of Beirut and I would like to know if National Instruments offers a software or a module that supports Digital Image Correlation for 2D displacement and strain analysis.
I am a beginner in LabVIEW and programming in general.
I work with samples made of asphalt or concrete but the surface of measurement would be speckled with paint. I want to use Digital Image Correlation to calculate displacements and strains at different stages of my test (the specimen is subjected to load and images are taken at regular interval) as well as track the crack tip propagation.
Does NI vision software allows me to obtain displacement data and perform strain analysis?
