Did you mean:

2 same type of plots only 1 works...

basically there are 2 plots...
1 (NEXT) plot works fine....but another (FEXT) does not....
it looks like the scope may not set correctly?

set scope is executed first then the NEXT(%) follows.
the same is done with the FEXT(%) with 'set scope2' case..

Thanks for your help!

The scope turns on CH1 & 2, but keep going back to Math Channel 1 instead of 2...
I looked at the 'set scope2' case, but cannot find where it is setting the display to math channel 1..

Sorry, I don't have the luxury of a 10,000x10,000 monitor so can't really debug your VI. Please keep the code to one screen and things are much easier to troubleshoot. 😉

One thing I am seeing is the fact that many of your shift registers get often reset to defaults, because they are not wired across in .all cases (e.g. whenever you update the FEXT or NEXT graph). Look for hollow output tunnels. Whenever this happens for the "pulse paramter" cluster, you'll get a division by zero and thus all NaN for the graph next time.
