1D Anova returning NaN values

Solved!
Go to solution

To be honest I don't know what this is.

-Now coming to the Problem of NaN I tried to compare with the inbuilt example and i think i am able to remove NaN.

-Now it is giving some data i will leave it to you to find whether it is correct or not.

-Let me explain my understanding till 1D Annova: I would say your column 1 is X.

-Now you need to derive Index and No of levels by using your column 2.

Calculating Index:Converting Column 2 to levels

-Your level control should be like for e.g., I took as 0-30-60-100 and the below below array i got.

-Index is array and No of levels is maximum value found in Index array+1.

-For e.g, your index array is 2,2,2,0,2,1,0,0 then No.of Levels is 3.

Edit: My bad I was trying to understand what it is by each block. And Johnsold solved.Anyway i learned someting.

Thanks

Wire an indicator to the error outputs of the 1D ANOVA.vis. Automatic error handling does not work with VIs which have integer error code outputs rather than the standard error clusters. I see error -20042: The number of levels is out of range. So it appears that uday's comments about selecting the number of levels may be where you need to look.  I am not very familiar with these statistical calculations.
