Error while building package in Labview NXG 4.0

Hi! I'm currently learning to make web applications on Labview NXG 4.0. In order to host the web app on Systemlink cloud, I tried to build a package (.nipkg) which is unsuccessful. 

The error I get is 'An unexpected error occurred while calling libarchiv 'Can't record entry in tar file without pathname'.

I used the Web Application template in the picture below. But the same error occurs while building other applications.

Unfortunately, Package Manager has issues when the "Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" option is set in Windows. One workaround is to disable that setting. To do so, open control panel and open the "Region" settings. Go to the "Administrative" tab and select "Change system locale". Then uncheck the checkbox next to "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support".
