Adds a new Replace with Border Node menu option to input tunnels on In Place Element Structures:
Depending on the tunnel data type, the replacement will be:
- Array - Array Index/Replace
- Cluster - Unbundle/Bundle
- Refnum - Data Value Reference Read/Write
- All other types - In Place In/Out
